Gallus Academy is an English-speaking environment. The staff and students try extremely hard to preserve this key protocol in the school for two important reasons:

With students from many different nationalities attending the school, English is the common language of communication.

Many students at Gallus Academy have English as a second or additional language. It is vital that they are given every opportunity to practice this language whilst inside the school gates.

We expect all staff to speak English in public spaces, especially whilst students are in the vicinity. We expect parents to do their best to help us preserve the English-speaking environment where possible.
